COMPREHENSIVE TRAILS PLAN

A City of Cedar Rapids selection committee has chosen Shive-Hattery to perform planning services to prepare a Comprehensive Trails Master Plan for Cedar Rapids. This plan is to create a multi-model network to connect neighborhoods and other destinations in the city. The plan will provide a strategy for pro-active implementation in a logical sequence. From the 5 E's for Bicycle Friendly Communities, Shive-Hattery will specifically be addressing the Evaluation and Planning and Engineering.
