Shive-Hattery provided design, bid documents and construction support for extension of utilities to serve the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center (CRWC). Utilities included 36-inch chilled water piping, 20-inch domestic water piping, steam tunnel, direct buried steam installation, storm and sanitary sewer relocations, telecommunications ductbank. Bored and jack installation was used under Burlington Street for chilled water, water, high pressure steam, low pressure steam and condensate.
