Shive-Hattery provided professional services for design and construction for the renovation of the John Stoddard Acute Oncology Center at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. The project includes a complete renovation of a 19,000-square-foot patient care floor for oncology patients and a chapel and development of a healing garden. The design efforts are dedicated to creating an environment that is patient and family friendly and focused on healing and quality of life. The projected cost of construction was $3,500,000.
