Shive-Hattery provided services for the renovation to portions of the 1966, 1977 and 1982 buildings allowing the Owner to use these buildings for long term care residents and skilled nursing patients. The 1966 building's existing roof was replaced with a new Durolast roof membrane. Existing condensate, steam and electrical services were rerouted from the 1961 building through the 1977 building to service the renovated areas.
