Working with local, regional, and national developers Shive-Hattery is designing a Mixed-Use project that incorporates urban street level retail, class “A” commercial office space as well as net-zero energy residential condominiums. The project is being designed to target a US Green Building Council LEED Platinum certification and is scheduled to be complete in 2014.
