Shive-Hattery investigated moisture near openings and the presence of possible mold at an apartment building. Shive-Hattery provided architectural, mechanical, building envelope, environmental and structural engineering services including large building air leak testing, window leak testing and visual surveys associated with evaluating moisture intrusion into the building. The team reviewed documents prepared in the study phase to identify moisture intrusion trouble spots and visited the site to document moisture intrusion locations and establish a testing/sampling program. Shive-Hattery provided a written report with recommendations.
