Educational Assistance
Our firm is supportive of ongoing technical and professional education. We have a program in place that mutually considers the personal goals of all of our employees as well as the long-range benefits to the company.
Technical and Professional Organization Membership
Employees will be reimbursed for annual dues in one national, one state and one local professional organization and one technical organization. Additional memberships identified as beneficial to the employee and the company will be thoroughly considered.
Registration and Certification
Because of the importance we place on having registered and certified professionals on our staff, we pay fees for registrations and certifications the company deems important for us to conduct business in our market territory. You must assume responsibility for your initial " home state" registration. To further emphasize continuing technical development of our architects and engineers we provide a $1,000 cash bonus to individuals who achieve professional registered or professional certified status for the first time.
