Shive-Hattery´s Downers Grove office is looking for a licensed mechanical engineering professional to establish mechanical design services in our Downers Grove, IL office. The successful candidate be willing and able to eventually direct a team of engineers in completing mechanical design activities to ensure successful projects in terms of quality, budget and schedule. In the short term must be willing and able to provide engineering design expertise on projects currently outsourced to M/E consultants. The eventual expectation will be the development of a mechanical and electrical team in the office to serve other projects throughout the company.
Retail and health care backgrounds are important. Concept design, equipment specification, detailed design, field inspection and quality control expertise are required for both of these opportunities.
