Focus on advancing firmwide education, standardization, technical management and best practices. Not day-to-day project design. Our Project Delivery team is seeking an experienced design professional for a hybrid role in any of our Midwest locations.

The right candidate will have a deep knowledge of the entire design and construction process, not to mention expertise and a passion for Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology.

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with corporate BIM Managers and design-studio BIM Coordinators to set up and maintain design software files. Help develop content for company-wide adoption

Keep design models running smoothly and efficiently by generating project audit reports and model health checks

Eliminate repetitive and mundane tasks with scripting tools that automate tasks, workflows, and model and software updates

Educate design teams on technologies that can improve the client experience including virtual reality demonstration and other visualization tools

R_220725_webview.jpg“Leading efforts that result in more efficient project delivery is incredibly rewarding. Communication with our most talented and experienced individuals gives us guidance and ideas on how to practice BIM to best benefit from what it offers. We implement these ideas in developing and improving our production workflows, standards, and best practices, researching new tools, and providing education to our staff. When applied in the project development process, they benefit all stakeholders: making our teams more efficient and reliable; helping create the consistency that integrates teams working in various locations across the company; helping us focus more on creating great designs; and -- most important -- making our clients happy!”
