Experience leading multi-discipline project teams through the design process. This may include preparing proposals, site evaluations, conceptual planning and programming, construction cost opinions, schematic design through construction documents, specifications, bidding and negotiations and construction administration.

You will collaborate with project leadership to plan, develop, and deliver K-12 projects. Communication skills are valued along with the ability to act independently on assigned tasks aligned with a project’s objectives. 

Design software (Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite and/or 3D Studio) is used for the timely, professional, and accurate production of design documents, visualizations, technical drawings, and other items associated with the delivery of architectural design services.

If you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture and are a licensed architect in the State of Iowa or are on the path to obtaining a license within one year, apply now.
