South Bend is home to an exciting new adult health and lifestyle center. A collaboration of Shive-Hattery and Panzica Building Corporation, the center offers combined cardio and strengthening, sports performance, multipurpose aerobic and spinning programs along with lap, whirlpool and therapy pools.
Professional office space provides for sports medicine diagnostic and physical therapy treatments to allow sharing of equipment and support activities. A future youth and family health and lifestyle master plan is being proposed to allow the addition of activity centers for swimming, open basketball and volleyball courts, multipurpose recreation and child care. Facility shared components of locker rooms, nutrition center, and administration offices will complete the total concept.
