How You Can Help

Please consider a donation to support the Waveland Trolley Loop project – a project that will ensure the trolley that ran from 1901 – 1947 and curbliner until 1964  in Des Moines will be long-remembered and recognized as a significant form of transportation in generations past.

The project will prepare the original loop site for an interactive streetcar sculpture and interpretive signage, provide lighting and landscaping, and transform this historic, but long-neglected site into an attractive, meaningful, and educational venue for the City of Des Moines. Donations of many sizes from many persons will help us bring us this vision to reality.
