Victoria’s experience as a civil engineer encompasses design, planning, and construction administration for trails, roadways, pavement rehabilitation, intersections, and stormwater infrastructure improvements. Victoria has served in a design role on Iowa-based projects for the City of Ames, West Des Moines, Waukee, Johnston, and Urbandale.
