
L’Auberge Baton Rouge has announced a partnership with Chef Emeril Lagasse to open Emeril’s Chop House in 2026.
Montgomery Roth, a division of Shive-Hattery is proud to support the development of this new hospitality destination that blends refined dining with the warmth and character Louisiana is known for.
Emeril’s Chop House will replace the existing 18 Steak. The restaurant will offer Emeril’s interpretation of the classic American steakhouse — featuring exceptional steaks, fresh seafood, signature dishes, and handcrafted cocktails.

Designed to seat approximately 175 guests, the space will include:
- A private dining room
- A bar
- A new lounge area
- Contemporary design elements
- A warm, relaxed atmosphere
This elevated dining experience further strengthens Baton Rouge’s hospitality landscape and reinforces L’Auberge’s position as a premier entertainment destination.
