Tell us about your role and your journey to Shive-Hattery.
“I’m a Proposal Coordinator at Shive-Hattery, where I support teams across the firm with proposals, marketing materials, and strategic communications. I currently work remotely, which has given me a unique opportunity to collaborate with teams across different offices while staying connected to the work we’re doing. My role is about bringing ideas, visuals, and messaging together into clear, cohesive deliverables. My journey here started as a Creative Strategist Intern. During that time, I got hands-on experience working with the marketing team and contributing to real projects right away. That experience made it an easy decision to transition into a full-time role, where I’ve continued to grow, build my skill set, and take on more responsibility.”

No two days really look the same, and I’ve been able to grow across marketing, design, and proposal development while working with incredibly supportive teams.”
