Global Client Satisfaction Award
By Shive Hattery
For the second year in a row, Shive-Hattery won the PSMJ Premier Award for Client Satisfaction. PSMJ Resources, Inc. (PSMJ), a leading authority on effective management of architecture, engineering and construction (A/E/C), recognized Shive-Hattery for its client communication, project delivery performance, and cost-effective solutions.
The PSMJ Premier Award for Client Satisfaction was designated to Shive-Hattery for achieving high client satisfaction scores on PSMJ’s independent survey of 100 Shive-Hattery clients. Winners were selected based on both the quality of feedback received and the quantity of replies. Feedback quality is measured by score, but also by consistency and the ability to avoid abnormally low scores. The average evaluation of the award winning firms as a group centered in the range of “Exceeded Expectations” thus, making them significantly more client-focused than the other firms.
