Leadership

Ted Schmidt is Managing Director of the Phoenix office. He is responsible for a culture aligned with Shive-Hattery’s guiding principle, values and purpose. He’s an advocate for employees, fostering mentoring, development and engagement, while supporting growth strategies for culture, client experience, community involvement, project delivery and profitability.

Ted’s approach centers on creating an office where people feel inspired, supported, and equipped to succeed. He emphasizes business development, collaboration across offices, and building strong relationships with clients and the community. Ted’s strategic leadership will continue to shape an inclusive culture and drive long-term growth in Phoenix.
