Partnership, connection and collaboration are the threads that bind Tasha’s architectural career. She thrives working on complex, multi-faceted projects where talented individuals come together to solve intricate problems for our clients. This process harnesses her own creative energy as well as those around her. It’s an art building a strong, multidisciplinary team and is a skill to nurture relationships that align everyone’s goals for the common good of the client and the project.

Architecture can influence the way spaces make people feel. It’s a privilege designing spaces that help people feel a sense of comfort and belonging. Tasha carries that into her relationships and enjoys learning and listening to those around her. Tasha’s colleagues and clients find her easily approachable and trust her with their most important projects. She has spearheaded a wide variety of renovation and adaptive re-use projects, including the Chicago Board of Trade, New York Mercantile Exchange, Hilton Chicago, and the Ritz Carlton Chicago. There is a great sense of satisfaction bringing these projects to completion knowing that she helped to bring out the best in everyone involved including herself.
