Primary Responsibilities:

  

· Maintain client related documentation (e.g., contracts, invoices, master service agreements, etc.)

· Prepare monthly invoice packages consistent with contract and project specific requirements. Ensure all required backup is 

  included for project manager review and approval. Send the final package to client.

· Research unbilled issues to optimize the billing possibilities for the billing period.

· Make transfers of employee billable hours and/or expenses as needed and open and close phases as needed in the system.

· Monitor accounts receivable and work with project manager to ensure payments are received in a timely manner.

· Adhere to and ensure compliance with specific client agreements, billing policies, internal financial policies, and other firm 

  policies. Address any adverse findings.

· Assist with project closeout process including review project financials to reconcile WIP; and de-activate project/phases.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also be familiar with accounting principles and practices and have experience working with financial systems and tools. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a team environment, collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
