Akwi Nji is a Community Engagement and Communication Strategist specializing in branding, corporate identity, strategic planning, event design, brand storytelling and PK12 school district public relations. Akwi infuses every project with impactful, unexpected details informed by creative expertise — and strategically customized for each client. She is a national speaker and artist melding studio art, strategic communication and public speaking to engage, empower and inspire others into action that achieves their goals.
Akwi’s professional background is in arts administration, K-12 education, public relations and marketing. She was most recently communications director for two of Iowa’s largest PK12 school districts and, during that time, the communications projects amassed more than 50 state and national awards.
