Polly has focused on Gaming + Hospitality for over 20 years. As a Senior Project Architect on many of KdG, a division of Shive-Hattery’s most complex projects, Polly brings exceptional experience to all projects. She enjoys figuring out how to build complex design concepts. She is extraordinarily adept at coordinating a project’s development, organizing the complexities of working with multiple highly technical disciplines, and assuring a cohesive project execution.

Her responsibilities include strategic planning, programming, milestone scheduling, project budgeting, and effective cross-communication and documentation across all disciplines. During construction, she works with clients and contractors to achieve the design intent while finding cost savings and maintaining schedule.
