ALKAR-RapidPak Manufacturing Study

Located in Lodi, WI

Shive-Hattery provided site and facility Master Plan services, to support the owner’s goal of increasing production capacity without significant staff increases. The project worked toward improving efficiency of the existing facility and defining a building addition to maximize a tight site. Shive-Hattery learned the owner’s business and production processes so that we can provide the greatest value.

Improvements to employee amenities were included throughout. Our design team managed a manufacturing engineering consultant to study material and product flow and production layout. Additionally, Shive-Hattery used 3D laser scanning to document existing facility condition models and develop concept documents to facilitate contractor cost estimating.
