Comanche Nation Construction USDA ARS – US Dept of Agriculture

This facility consolidates USDA research staff who were previously scattered throughout various buildings on a multi-building campus. Their existing facilities were antiquated and failed to meet basic expectations. This project was delivered as part of a Design-Build team, working with a general contractor headquartered in Oklahoma. Two other new, smaller buildings were included in the project to house personnel from other research programs whose similarly outdated facilities needed to be demolished to make space for this new SWRC building. Also, one of the existing buildings on the campus was renovated to accommodate departmental relocation.
