The solution features three multi-family buildings with 56 residential units, designed to emphasize nature and social connection. Expansive views of wooded surroundings, a lush central courtyard, and projecting balconies that convert into screened porches at the touch of a button bring the outdoors in. Underground parking and clean exterior lines keep the focus on the landscape, while shared interior spaces accommodate gatherings of up to 120 people for concerts, readings, and community events. Commissioned artwork and thoughtful details throughout create a sense of place and belonging.

Completed in 2019, this development offers residents a unique option for high-end condominium living that prioritizes connection and lifestyle.
