Thermo King, a division of Peak Industrial, is an authorized sales, service, and parts dealership specializing in refrigeration units for a wide range of transportation equipment. The facility is a concrete tilt up panel structure approximately 30 feet in height, with fully painted exterior panels and primary façades incorporating multiple paint colors consistent with Peak Industrial and Thermo King branding.

Galvanized, prefabricated steel canopies are provided at all public building entrances to enhance pedestrian comfort and weather protection. The building includes four shop areas dedicated to equipment maintenance, repair, and installation, as well as a parts warehouse equipped with high density mobile shelving to maximize storage capacity and improve space efficiency. Additional spaces include offices, conference rooms, and staff support areas to accommodate administrative and operational functions.
