Advanced Fertility, an award-winning fertility clinic known for providing high-quality and affordable IVF and fertility care throughout the suburbs of Chicago, has expanded its services into the heart of the city. In a bid to better serve its growing patient base, the clinic purchased a former dermatologist’s office in the vibrant River North neighborhood of Chicago. To bring their vision to life, Advanced Fertility partnered with Shive-Hattery to reimagine the space.

The project involved combining two separate suites within the building to create a unified, efficient clinic. Designers worked meticulously to preserve as much of the original space and finishes as possible, allowing for a streamlined project timeline and budget. This thoughtful approach resulted in a modern, functional space that blends aesthetic appeal with practicality.

Set to be fully operational for patients by early 2025, the new clinic features state-of-the-art facilities, including an embryology lab, andrology endocrinology lab, and a phlebotomy lab, designed to support the clinic’s advanced treatments and procedures. In addition, the space includes multiple procedure rooms and exam rooms, each designed with patient comfort and efficiency in mind. The design also incorporates office spaces for doctors, nurses, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment that fosters collaboration and optimal patient care.

The newly expanded clinic exemplifies Advanced Fertility’s commitment to providing cutting-edge reproductive health services in a comfortable, accessible setting. With its strategic location and carefully crafted design, this new River North clinic will be a cornerstone of fertility care in Chicago, offering expert treatment in a patient-centered, compassionate environment.
