Caesars Entertainment sought to bring new energy to Harrah’s North Kansas City by introducing a fresh dining and entertainment experience. The goal was to transform an existing space into a Brew Brothers restaurant that would attract both loyal guests and new visitors. The challenge was to create a vibrant, branded environment that could support high-volume dining, live music, and a brewery-style atmosphere—all within the constraints of an active casino property.

Shive-Hattery worked closely with Caesars to design a space that blends industrial character with modern comfort. Our team provided architectural and interior design services to reimagine the layout, improve flow, and enhance the guest experience. The design incorporated custom finishes, flexible seating, and a reimagined bar with 32 new beer taps and 10 TVs on a custom metal framework, all while aligning with the Brew Brothers brand and maintaining operational efficiency for staff.

The new Brew Brothers restaurant has become a dynamic destination within Harrah’s North Kansas City, offering guests a place to gather, dine, and enjoy live entertainment. The transformation supports Caesars’ broader strategy to refresh its properties and elevate the guest experience.
