Clear Creek Amana Oak Hill Elementary

With the rapid growth of the Clear Creek Amana school district, a new elementary school was needed to accommodate the growth. The new 74,500-square-foot building included a main office area, classrooms, library, gymnasium/storm shelter, kitchen, and cafeteria. The mechanical systems included a new geothermal loop field with heat pumps for the individual rooms, ventilation units that were also connected to the geothermal loop field, and a domestic water heater plant. The lighting system included occupancy controls. Commissioning was done for all of the mechanical and lighting systems.
