Greenwood Heating is growing and expanding in the Puget Sound area. They chose to relocate the corporate headquarters and primary operations center to a new location in Tukwila, WA.

This two-story office/warehouse building is approximately 16,000 sq. ft., featuring a combination of horizontal metal siding, masonry, and wood accents. The concept for the selected interior finishes is a combination of rustic and natural looking materials that complement the historic furnace door that exists at their headquarters as an homage to the company’s 100 years in business and their Pacific Northwest roots.
