Helix developed a concept plan and permit documents for tenant improvements to convert three vacant suites into a 2,805 SF veterinary clinic in Maple Valley, WA. The collaboration was with three veterinary doctors and their vision to open a clinic close to home and service Maple Valley customers. The clinic includes 4 exam rooms, a large open treatment area with visibility to the glass enclosed kennel room, along with surgery, doctor’s suite, radiology, and a dental suite. We were able to capture the natural light coming from the south side of the building within the staff spaces.
