The expansion and tenant improvement project of an existing 4,235 SF building in University Place, WA included renovation of the existing veterinary clinic and expanding into the vacant tenant space. Upgrade of interior finishes throughout, providing additional exam rooms, creating a new operating room, and additional support services within the back of house area. Exterior renovations included upgrades to the main entrance from two suite entrances into one entrance, enclosing (2) existing patios on the south side of the building to increase interior building square footage and provide an ADA parking stall and ramp access to the main entrance. The result is a more efficient use of space and increased veterinary services to the community.
