PartsSource needed to relocate its corporate office to a new space that could support its growing team and evolving workplace needs. The challenge was to transform two floors—approximately 40,000 square feet—at 50 Executive Parkway in Hudson, Ohio, into a modern, functional office environment. The design had to align with the company’s brand, support hybrid work, and reuse existing building systems and finishes where possible to stay on budget and schedule.

Shive-Hattery provided architecture, interior design, and mechanical and electrical engineering services to bring the new workspace to life. Our team developed construction documents based on the approved plan, carefully coordinating all finishes, lighting, hardware, doors, and office storefronts to match existing conditions verified during site visits. The design focused on creating a flexible, collaborative environment that supports productivity while maintaining consistency with the building’s existing infrastructure.

The completed office space reflects PartsSource’s innovative culture and provides a comfortable, efficient environment for employees. By reusing and aligning with existing systems, the project stayed cost-effective while delivering a high-quality result.
