Von Maur set out to refresh and rework its corporate office in Davenport, Iowa, updating approximately 15,000 square feet to better support day to day operations and the people who use the space. The existing workplace needed improvements that addressed both function and comfort while maintaining continuity for staff. Interior updates had to be carefully coordinated with mechanical and electrical systems to ensure performance was not compromised. At the same time, the project required thoughtful planning to keep the office operational throughout the renovation process.

A coordinated team approach brought interior design, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering together to support a cohesive renovation strategy.
