Shive-Hattery’s Tucson design studio sits at the base of the Catalina Foothills, where you can find legendary art galleries, fabulous golf courses, and excellent restaurants. It’s a great place to work and live. 

Our office is bordered by five mountain ranges, which means we’re surrounded by beauty—not only the mountains, but also the Rillito River, national parks, and desert. You can spend every day outside hiking, camping, biking, rock climbing, cave viewing, kayaking, or taking a dip in the water.

Leadership

Bryan Rollins is Managing Director of the Tucson office. He is responsible for a culture aligned with Shive-Hattery’s guiding principle, values and purpose. He’s an advocate for employees, fostering mentoring, development and engagement, while supporting growth strategies for culture, client experience, community involvement, project delivery and profitability.

Bryan’s leadership is rooted in service, empowerment and mentorship. He is dedicated to building trust, fostering a thriving culture, and strengthening client relationships. Bryan’s extensive experience in Southern Arizona and his commitment to community involvement will help elevate Shive-Hattery’s presence across the Southwest.
